Data collector does not power on. Being sold as is for parts or repair. Comes with its power supply as pictured. The power supply powers on and appears to work properly. 

Overall this data collector is in good-fair condition. It has been used previously and does show signs of cosmetic wear, scratches/scuffs, its screen has some wears as seen in pic 9, missing button (pic 10). Its power supply is in very good condition. Please see all photos for more details.
